Forgiveness has been proven to increase health and happiness, as shown by the research of Dr. Fred Luskin, founder of the Forgiveness Project at Stanford University. Based on Dr. Luskin’s book Forgive For Good, this empowering workshop will highlight the relationship between letting go and forgiveness, myths of forgiveness, and the techniques to forgive. Bring your mat and a meditation pillow and/or blanket.
