All levels Sivananda Yoga This class is designed for everyone from yoga beginners to advanced yogis. Sivananda Yoga is classical Hatha yoga built on a base sequence of 12 main poses that move through the seven chakras creating energy balance and flow for optimal health. Modifications and variations are offered so that each individual will enjoy yoga’s maximum benefits.
The Sivananda practice is deeply rooted in classical yoga and a dharmic relationship that guides and motivates teachers and students to grow in their quest for awareness and knowledge of the universal, spiritual nature of Self. Ultimately, Self-realization comes through self-mastery based in practice.
